This is a non-destructive change, doesn't alter existing targets at all. Add
mpbuildandmpreleasetargets to push a multi-arch image (calleddocker.io/mpinit:latest) to Docker Hub. Minimal docs in the README.md.Almost no changes required, it just needed built on aarch64 (worked perfectly first time) and orchestrated using buildah.
