Fix Node.js v6.2.1 windows install failure

Updated excel-as-json depends on excel.js which depends on libxmljs which had build problems on windows. Updating dependency version to include new libxmljs to fix this issue.

Update dependencies

No package code changes; only updating dependencies to current versions.
