What is the purpose of this pull request?

If i am not wrong we have to first c implement the math/base/special/betainc ( as used in js main function ) package for which we need c implementation of math/base/special/kernalBetainc , you can't do the things manually using the factorial .

@MeastroZI There is no c implementation for math/base/special/betainc. So i have to do all the computation within the main function. I can be update this if we get the c implementation for above. ( I am currently working on this )
