Fourth release candidate of 2.35.0
Changes since the last RC:
- Fixes an issue where some messages didn't have a User name attached
- Fixes emojis in the suggestion menu
- Fixes banners on Mac
- Greatly improves performance of the Wallet screens (especially on Windows)
