Send emails and collect analytics in Django with Amazon SES.

Specify the following parameters:
- AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
- AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
- DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL - email from which emails are sent
- URL_PREFIX - url prefix (e.g. 'http://127.0.0.1:8000')
- STATIC_URL - statis files folder relative url (e.g. '/static/')
- HASH_GET_PARAMETER (optional, 'mh' by default) - get parameter added to internal links inside emails to track clicks
- USE_EMAIL_GA (optional, False by default)
- EMAIL_GA_MEDUIM (optional, 'email' by default)
- EMAIL_OPEN_TRACKING (optional, True by default)
Add 'ses_analytics.middleware.FromEmailMiddleware' to MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES (position doesn't matter).
Add 'ses_analytics' to INSTALLED_APPS.
Add url(r'^', include('ses_analytics.urls')) to urlpatterns.
Go to Amazon SES console https://console.aws.amazon.com/ses/home , add verified sender email, verify the email and enable DKIM signing.
