Follow-up rubocop/rubocop#13792 RuboCop started supporting plugins using `lint_roller` in version 1.72. Accordingly, the README.md documentation has been updated. It is assumed that users arrive at lint_roller due to questions about a plugin they introduced to RuboCop. Therefore, RuboCop is mentioned before Standard Ruby.
