Dio 0.3.0 - Mostly just a change in port number

The main change in this release is to use port 443 (the standard one for HTTPS) by default in the automatically generated config file.

The DBHub.io cloud itself now listens on both tcp port 443 (the new one), and tcp port 5550 (the old one). The change to port 443 is mostly to be more enterprise firewall friendly. 😄

There are a few other minor tweaks as well, such as using thousands separators when displaying several integer fields, and pre-build binaries for every OS and architecture that Go 1.14.3 supports.
