  • Update to phpstan level=6
  • fix PHP-CS-Fixer warnings on /examples folder
  • require ext-bcmath as required by the "php-iso11649" 3rd party library
  • split the autoload-dev for test namespace

Unless you have a specific need, I will not make a release yet with this, but keep it in master branch until anything functional changes.
