Hey there! 👋 I'm Matthew Karsten, the founder of Purple Squirrel Media, a DAO building decentralized infrastructure for edge computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) on the Helium and Solana networks. Our goal is to create a truly decentralized web3 ecosystem that empowers people to take control of their data and devices.

As a community-driven project, we believe in open-source development and transparent communication. We have an active presence on social media and regularly attend Helium events to connect with other network participants.

💻 What We're Working On

Our current focus is on the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and supporting infrastructure for the Helium and Solana networks. We're building a suite of tools and services that enable users to easily access the power of these networks and participate in the growing web3 ecosystem.

Some of our ongoing projects include:

• Building a network of Helium hotspots and 5G nodes to expand network coverage
• Developing a one-click deployable docker container image for Helium validators to simplify installation and minimize dependencies
• Creating dApps and smart contracts on the Solana network, including the Saga DTV1 and xnfts, to showcase the capabilities of decentralized infrastructure
• Staking veHNT to support network security and earn rewards for our community members
• Backing up our network data to ARWEAVE to ensure maximum reliability and security
