Virtual Chatbot to perform basic bank task interfacing with a user

Objective:

Goal: Build a chat bot that can greet the user and allow users to access their bank account and do the following:

  1. Inquire about the balance
  2. Make a deposit
  3. Make a withdrawal
  4. Close the account
  5. Give the user the current weather and time
