Description
Reorganise requests by dragging in Left Pane. (Just for the Desktop App, Web App will be taken up later)
Fixes a bug - When a user tries to drag a request on to a test flow, "drop here" graphic dosen't disappear even if user leaves the request in it's original place without dropping it in the test flow.
