byond_block() and read_list() were reserving the wrong amount.
removed test-cdylib because it was failing to build bindgen due to the added
--offlineflag.ignored config.toml, the user has to set this one, and it doesn't work by default if the user is in a linux platform
also made tests print out stderr, stdout.
