yeah i thinkie this is the right place
have you checked out any 13 versions of vampires? Id recommend paradise since I think those are my personal favourite |
i avoided checking it up until writing a bunch of stuff to avoid accidentally copying too much from it, but yeah imma look it up now |
I just say that because I'm not a fan of it being another snowball conversion antag and it's power system, still looks good though! Lots of great ideas in there (although paradise does have a cool path for that) |
currently wondering if it would be a good idea to give them classes, it does seem like a good way to balance unique playstyles in ss13 i thinkie for now im gonna stick with balancing it trough the bloodpoints cost to unlock and their cooldown #second thingi i rembered i wanted to mention# |
This seems really neat! Will vampires have their own shuttle or will they spawn somewhere in maints (perhaps in bat form)? Also, is there a way for newly created vampires to obtain vampire drip? Maybe there could be an ability that just gives you a vampire cloak haha |
You could just shift the names down, replacing Peasant with Baron. So it would go Baron>Count>King/Queen. However if you do want it to be a fourth rank, I do have an idea. Perhaps the vampire king could have a final, ritual like ability called "Usher Eternal Darkness" or something over the top like that. Naturally the crew would get a heads up when the Vampire King attempts this, so he should have minions ready to defend. It would have a very long do-after and upon success would break all the lights on the station, kill the singularity/tesla, guns would stop working, and crew becomes visible thru walls for all vampires. Centcomm would detect this and send a shuttle automatically, but the crew is pretty much toast in this situation. Regardless of whether some crew members escape or not, the Vampire King would get greentext. Theoretically the crew could come back from this if they killed the vampires, restarted power, and then recalled the shuttle in time... but it would be very difficult indeed to pull off. |

oki yeah making 2 more comments is silly so im responding on the other 2 thingies here the final boss idea feels a bit too similar to a cult, but itll thinkie about it and ill check the other vampire attempt |
I really like all the new spell ideas you've added! Minor nitpick though - the Telepathy spell should be renamed to Telekinesis. Telepathy refers to things like mind reading, whereas Telekinesis is manipulating physical objects with your mind. |

the ability list could use more thought, but its mostly conceptual atm
first time writing one of these
