Reviewed: npm ci with markdownlint-rule-relative-links 5.1.2 lints all 10 markdown files with 0 issues after rebase. Note: validate.yml pins MARKDOWNLINT_RELATIVE_LINKS_VERSION 5.1.0, so CI is unaffected by this bump.
