This PR removes the outline border from the Tabs component.
Add Sourcegraph AWS account IDs to docs for easier customer verification when pulling AMI images.
Change AMI docs to reference AWS AMI dynamic sizing that is no longer strictly tied to T-Shirt sizes and pre-defined EC2 instance sizes
