Fetch the magnet link from somebody's website

• before run, you should have the mongodb (maybe I'll add other db support, but just for now)
• then, just run the Dispatch.py
• lol, be happy ~~ just be quite

usage

usage: Dispatch.py [-h] [-threads THREADS] [-start START] [-end END]

optional arguments:
-h, --help        show this help message and exit
-threads THREADS  limit the max threads number to use
-start START      set the start page number
-end END          set the end page number
