我已确认该 PR 已自测通过，相关截图如下：

复现步骤：在中国时区8点前请求一次接口（非测试），产生一条消费日志，然后进入总览就会报错，原因如下图所示

dailyData没有今天的日期对象，导致报异常，修复为手动提取年月日，规避时区问题


          fix：时区原因导致总览页面报错
