kafka部分文件no-rtti，是为了避免最新版snappy不支持rtti的问题。如果不加no-rtti，会编译错误。 |
issue 内我更新过了，应该直接复制issue的内容就可以 |

支持在安卓源码内编译。
我把tutorial的几个bin编译出来看能正常跑的。我这里是Android 10的环境，不过Android.bp从Android 8的源码环境就可以识别到了，应该是可以用的。
