What does this PR do?

Bumps the cli-extension for OS to the latest version that introduces the support for --ignore-policy flag for Snyk Test Reachability support

Without --ignore-policy flag, there are ignored findings. As you can see in the attached image, there is only 1 finding because the other is ignored

With --ignore-policy flag. As you can see in the attached image, now the test exclude the ignore application
