Hosting the Audio Proxy Server

Typically, Beatbump is able to stream audio with little-to-no problems. However, you may come to find some content that just will not play, or may potentially be unreliable some of the time.

This is usually due to Google's geo-restriction (geographical restriction), otherwise known as region-block. One tell-tale sign that you're being geo-restricted is songs won't play, but the music video will. There's many other scenarios that may happen, too many to dive into!

The easiest way to minimize this is to use a proxy server (hosted within your region, preferably). Luckily, there's two official options proxy servers that were specifically created for Beatbump!
