This is the final release.

Any additional work will be towards a Vanilla-friendly version with reduced double voices.

Fixes:

  • D_BUNNY now sounds correct. (Birds!)
  • All of Ultimate Doom is covered.
  • All percussion are now in, enjoy D_BETWEE !
  • Freedoom support.

Issues:

  • D_OPENIN may never be right. Bobby Prince put the French Horns so low into the mix that they're barely audible on SC55, and almost nonexistent on OPL. This is a limitation of the hardware, not the patch.
  • Certain low notes in midis to exploit SC55 sample aliasing have been emulated, but not all of them. Most of them used by Bobby Prince have been covered, but there are still fan mods out there using this effect, like Cygnus IV.
