It doesn't supports pseudo-4-op mode: only real 4-op mode. You better review HTML file I included with OPL3 bank editor where I have shown features supported by every bank format I have. WOPL supports everything. Reason I created it because lot of formats are supports very different feature sets.
I think, you must nuke this file since it is broken
