Bump xmldom and cordova-common

Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [cordova-common](https://github.com/apache/cordova-common). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xmldom`

Updates `cordova-common` from 2.2.5 to 4.0.2
