This PR was originally to address issue #148. However, I was not able to recreate the problem on the current version with GraphPlot v0.5. I moved compatibility to GraphPlot v0.6. The migration on GraphPlot from LightGraphs to Graphs happened when GraphPlot went from 0.4.4 to 0.5. We can probably continue to support GraphPlot 0.5, but didn't see a strong need to include it.
The documentation was being generated using a version of Documenter.jl prior to v1. I made minor changes to the documentation generation, including adding an API section. One docstring (for
ScoreComponentCacheinlearning.jl) resulted in a cross-link error, so I removed the example reference as it appeared to not add much value outside of the other text.Version bumped to 3.5.1.
