BREAKING CHANGE (TextEditor) Adds support for rows of controls.
(TextEditor) Adjust styling to control groups to ensure there can't be a trailing separator even when control groups wrap.
(TextEditor) Adjust styling to text block menu button to look more like a dropdown.
