The initial version did not seem to have any content except the README and LICENSE so I had to come up with v0.0.2

@silvermind lib/rack-utm.rb was not included in the packed gemfile this chage fixed it https://github.com/silvermind/rack-utm/pull/3/files#diff-8d991764b36c29b4e5fd37dabc302e0fR16
