Upgrade composer to version 7.4
Remove Twitter and Youtube APIs
Remove Google Translator
Remove all not used drivers from AdoBD
Install Phpstan
Set Phpstan level 1
Install rector
Add visibility to properties and constants
Print response output from the buffer

Tested manually using Drinks&Co Sifo instance.


          Drop php 7.3 support
