Summary of Changes

Hello @alexkaduk, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request implements a targeted fix for the Angular ix-tree component by adjusting its ProxyCmp configuration. The core change involves removing the renderItem property from the list of proxied inputs, which is a necessary step to unblock and enable custom rendering functionalities for tree items within the component. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for developers needing to customize the appearance of tree nodes.

Highlights

  • Custom Rendering Enablement: The renderItem input has been removed from the ProxyCmp decorator for the ix-tree component, which is intended to enable more flexible custom rendering capabilities.
  • Angular Component Update: The ix-tree Angular component's metadata has been updated to no longer proxy the renderItem property.

Code Review

This pull request correctly fixes an issue that prevented custom rendering in the Angular tree component. By removing renderItem from the ProxyCmp inputs, the custom setter in TreeBaseDirective is no longer overridden, allowing TemplateRef to be used for custom item rendering as intended. The change is well-targeted and effectively resolves the bug. I have no further suggestions.
