-Updated the API URL to reflect the new structure where EUR is the base currency.
-Modified the currency conversion logic to account for the EUR base by adjusting rates using the EUR exchange value for both selected currencies.
-Added error handling to display a user-friendly message when exchange rates for the selected currencies are unavailable.
