Restoring my main node `slave4`

My node, slave4, is gone dead. Unfortunately, this node has both of Spark/Hadoop and CUDA/cuDNN. So.. the longest journey to make it back online. This will be a complete description to install all packages for all about Spark and Keras/Tensorflow.
[1] Install Ubuntu using `delete and install'. Then, select the entire SSD for Ubuntu to make its default partitions.
[2] set up the ethernet, which needs manual settings, ip, mask, gateway. See the slave2 and slave3 parameters.
