Workflow

The workflow with EyeTrackerAnalyzer is as follows:

1. Package the different subjects' data files into native .ETA files, with which EyeTrackerAnalyzer operates. See Single Data File Per Subject Packaging Pane and Multiple Data Files Per Subject Packaging Pane pages.
2. Segment the .ETA file(s) according to selected triggers (events of interest) and time lengths. See analysis pane page.
3. Extract eye movements or pupil sizes according to selected parameters. See eye movements analysis dialogue.
4. (Optional) Visualize and inspect the resulting trial-wise eye movement detected in order to assess detection quality and to correct for false findings and misses. See Data inspector.
5. Inspection of output plots and further analysis on extracted measurements. See output page.
