Description

This PR adds fixes and minor improvements:

  • Multiple NICs support on Ubuntu custom CKS template
  • Add option to select DNS or VR IP as resolver on VPC creation
  • Externalize CKS configuration
  • Remove node from cluster
  • Add missing /opt/bin directory on ubuntu template required by external nodes
  • Login to Specific Project view
  • Fix for HA CKS clusters
