Add some new variables (DISABLE_AUTOUPDATE, FORCE_LATEST_UPDATE, USER_ID, GROUP_ID, & CLEAN_TMP_DIR), update DISPLAY_WIDTH & DISPLAY_HEIGHT to new defaults.
