Adds more units for clarifiying how to handle some of sei units
What is the purpose of the change?
Correct existing docs + adding some more insight into how the units are converted between each other.
Describe the changes to the documentation
Added some more Units (nsei, asei etc.) to clarify the conversion between gwei and nsei.
