Build docker image for Sen2VM-core, with:

• GDAL 3.6.2 with java bindings
• Java 8 JDK
• Maven
• Forked Rugged 4.0.1 needed by SXGEO

Get Docker image

$ docker pull ghcr.io/sen2vm/sen2vm-build-env:<tag>
