Merge backlog of dependabot

Tested with node v21.6.1 and bun 1.0.26

fullpath option added by #34

All tests passing

Package works on Windows but tests are failing when the Yaml front-matter "date" does not specify a time or TZ. Will revisit later to fix tests on Windows so they all align.
