StorageUsageReporter

Generate usage statistics at specified storage location and output a detailed CSV file containing file metadata.

Usage

Get help:

> StorageUsageReporter.exe --help
StorageUsageReporter 1.0.0.0

  -p, --paths              Required. Paths to perform recursive analysis.

  -o, --output             (Default: output.csv) Output file to store analysis.

  -s, --sanitize           (Default: False) Hash identifiable names.

  -r, --rollup             (Default: False) Rollup metadata to directory level.

  -c, --recursiveRollup    (Default: False) Rollup metadata to directory level
                           recursively.

  --help                   Display this help screen.

Known Issues

• When using recursive roll-up the statistics are nonsensical since it adds up the already recursively added up file sizes
• Even if running as Aministrator or NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM some directories may not be included due to unauthorized access exceptions
