Currently, there are two copies of most files in
/reports/: one in the directory itself and one in eitherreports/issues/or/reports/pull_requests/. The file in the later are stale.This pr removes the stale version of the duplicated files.
There probably is an argument for organizing files by issue or pull request however I thought it would be best to remove this duplication first and then any reorganization can be done without the confusion of having two copies of everything!
