To deploy PivotChart.js on a clean Ubuntu 13.04 VM, run the following commands:

sudo apt-get install imagemagick
# Download 'Open Sans' font from google fonts, then
sudo cp -r ~/Downloads/Open_Sans /usr/local/share/fonts
sudo fc-cache -f -v
