@dcollins15 @rsatija please merge this PR. DESCRIPTION misses a few dependencies, which are listed in NAMESPACE. E.g. But Seurat is not listed in DESCRIPTION. This makes seurat-data, but also e.g. seurat-wrappers, which relies on seurat-data not installable when using NixPkgs (at least not without manual adjustments) ropensci/rix#390 (comment) |
