Personal package for AOData.
Experiment folder setup:
- Analysis
- Videos - cropped and registered fluorescence videos as .tif files
- Snapshots - average, std and sum Z-projections for each epoch
- Plots - figures generated during analysis
- Pretest - model eye image quality, stimulus positions, etc.
- Ref - data acquired from the reflectance channel
- Stimulus files - stimulus specification files
- Vis - data acquired from the fluorescence channel
