[Bug]: Essentials Accessibilites Settings is already turned on while the app think that it isn't

Bug Description

I do have KernelSU root and at the start i can give it Accessibilites privilages with root and use Notification lighting properly, however after using it for a while for no reason Notification lighting is disabled and Essentials told me to turn Accessibilites Settings on in settings while I already did

Expected Behavior

To detect Accessibilites privilages correctly

i just installed the new version and it is kinda fixed for now
however idk if i should leave this open because i might reproduce the same issue later on

Yeah this issue is very random... IDK why happens... rare on Pixels but mostly common on the Chinese brands where background apps gets killed quickly so maybe the app is getting interrupted in the BG.
