**Update/possible fix:**
A user reported that Apache mitigated this problem. Apache2+FPM/fcgi is said to be working using the flag `SetEnv proxy-sendcl 1`.
According to the bug filed [here](https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=57087) this was introduced in Apache 2.4.46.

Example entry:

We have not yet tested this fix.
