Revert unintentional package-lock.json changes from PR #750

PR #750 inadvertently modified docs/package-lock.json by adding "peer": true to direct dependencies like react, react-dom, next, and tailwindcss. Also created an orphan package-lock.json at repo root with no corresponding package.json.

Changes

• Reverted docs/package-lock.json to pre-Adding more articles #750 state
• Removed root-level package-lock.json (no package.json exists at root)
