Room System

In order to be able to work collaboratively with other users and team members, a public room can be opened that allows you to visualize tasks and their affiliations with other users as well as communicate easily with your team. This can be done by navigating to Rooms in the Main Menu. A menu will open up, which enables you to either join an already existing room or create a new room. For creating a room, a name and optionally the maximal number of joined members have to be entered. All objects in the room will be visible and editable by all joined users and can collectively be saved as a project. To leave the room, navigate to Leave Room in the Main Menu where the Rooms-button was located before and you will be automatically be removed from the room.
