Thanks for the PR! However, I'm not clear on the context here and this might be a bit early to start with a PR. The linked issue has not been accepted, and is marked as needing design. Something of this scope may even need to go through the RFC process due to its scope. |

Adds
proc_macroinformation to the index. Opening as draft as this is still an experiment and isn't ready for merge, especially the publish API. Early feedback would be greatly appreciated 😄See #15834
