docs: Add Seedance 2.5 Public Endpoints and deprecate Seedance 1.5 Pro

Seedance 2.5 is now available on Public Endpoints (FDE-472), and Seedance 1.5 Pro is being phased out. This PR documents the two new endpoints and marks 1.5 Pro as deprecated.

Changes

• New model pages: public-endpoints/models/seedance-2-5-i2v.mdx (endpoint 16jsvx5ncmm24x) and public-endpoints/models/seedance-2-5-t2v.mdx (endpoint tdq07exynr7zux), both model bytedance/seedance-2.5, built from the Seedance 1.5 Pro template. Both pages cover 4-30 second output up to 4K with native audio, plus per-second pricing (480p $0.18, 720p $0.36, 1080p $0.90, 4K $1.80).
• docs.json: added both pages to the Video models nav group.
• public-endpoints/overview.mdx: the Seedance link in the Video row now points to Seedance 2.5.
• public-endpoints/reference.mdx: added rows for both 2.5 endpoints and marked 1.5 Pro as deprecated.
• public-endpoints/models/seedance-1-5-pro.mdx: added a deprecation warning that points to Seedance 2.5 Image-to-Video. No retirement date is given because none has been set.
• release-notes.mdx: added October 13, 2026 entries for the Seedance 2.5 release and the 1.5 Pro deprecation.
• public-endpoints/ai-sdk.mdx: no change. @runpod/ai-sdk-provider doesn't include Seedance 2.5 yet, so its count of "15 video models" is still accurate.

Needs confirmation before merge

• The request didn't include the 2.5 input schema. The parameter names and defaults on both new pages follow the 1.5 Pro worker and are unverified: image, last_image, reference_images, reference_videos, reference_audio, resolution value 4k, the aspect-ratio list, generate_audio defaulting to true, and seed. Please check them against the live endpoints.
• The "Try in playground" card was left off both pages because the Hub playground URLs weren't provided.
