Overview
Updates picomatch in the website lockfile (top-level 2.3.1→2.3.2 and tinyglobby’s nested 4.0.3→4.0.4, adding the MIT license field entries).

Cleans up website/package-lock.json by dropping playwright/playwright-core and fsevents entries and adjusting dev/optional metadata for sharp-related platform packages (no application code changes).
