Adds a basic salvaging UI and several notification options for easier AFK salvaging:
Crew start/stop salvaging notification,
Player stopped salvaging notification,
Player stopped sorting salvage notification,
Full Cargo Notification.
UI and notifications only appear when you're on a boat and near a shipwreck, otherwise it's all hidden.
