Update terminal under Windows

As explained in the wiki:

GNUplot shows one goody in the lower left corner of the plot. It is the X-Y position of the mouse pointer in
the coordinate system, in application values, in this case X=Time and Y=Volt. But this does not work on
Windows 7/10.

The change to wxt-terminal allows for this functionality.

Unfortunately I do not know the wxt-terminal.
Will you please be a bit more specifict how to implement that in Windows.

Hi rudi48,
gnuplot includes many terminal drivers and wxt is one of them (https://sourceforge.net/p/gnuplot/gnuplot-main/ci/master/tree/term/wxt.trm). The syntax in this application is so similar that it can be a drop-in replacement for qt.
This solution is a bodge, to be sure, because it doesn't address the issue with qt directly. But for the time being it allows Windows users more functionality.
